Thanks to the Women’s Giving Circle, a program of the Heritage Fund – The Community Foundation of Bartholomew County, a loan program is available through LCNFC for women in Bartholomew County. These no-interest loans can be paid back in small increments. This is not intended to duplicate resources already available in the community, but rather to address emergencies which might derail a household working toward self-sufficiency or one from losing self-sufficiency.
